Regina King inks first-look deal at Netflix: First things first, actress-writer-director-producer Regina King (and her production company, Royal Ties) signed a first-look deal with Netflix today. King—who won Best Supporting Actress at the Oscars this year for her role in "If Beale Street Could Talk" has previously directed episodes of TV shows like "This Is Us" and "Insecure." [Deadline]

Trailer drops for Alice Furtado's 'Sick Sick Sick': The trailer for Brazilian director Alice Furtado's feature debut—set to premiere at Cannes in the Director's Fortnight section—is up on IndieWire as of today.
